I've gone through a dozen card cases looking for the perfect one. I have had plastic and aluminum cases. I have had form fitting cases specific to the memory card and deep pockets. I am tired of them not working well and I ditch then as a bonus when I sell unused camera gear.
I finally have a card carrier that I can use for real. Let me explain. The Metal cases are great, you can run them over with a car and they will not dent. Well in all my shooting I have never had film or card run over by anyone. I have left film in my pocket and washed my clothes and lost 36 images, but I have also washed a memory card and there was no damage whatsoever. So I think some of the security is a bit overdone.
So here we have a cloth type case that rolls shut, actually folds over and over. It holds ten cards easily. There is room for the card to "breathe." I never did like the rubber pockets where the card has to be inserted juuuuust right. This one lets me just pop the card in. After I shoot I flip the card over so I can tell at a glance which ones are empty and which ones are used. Two nice features are the spot for your business card and the tether. Like most camera bags mine has more pockets than sense and I tend to freak out if I reach for a memory card and find none, only to see that I reached into the wrong one of 64 pockets. Then I worry if the hard case fell out somewhere. With this case I tether the one end to the strap on the outside and put the case in a pocket on the inside, and at a glance I can still see the tether and know my cards are with me.
Okay now let me think hard about a complaint. Hmmm. Well I wish the tether was about 4" longer. I carry a longer bag than usual and would like a little more slack. And I wish there was a color other than blue. Give me red or black. I did not see this case in another color so maybe I missed it. I did see this brand in other colors that held different cards.
